  • System Options Maintenance (XM) (Enterprise Options) to select a date display format for your enterprise, Branch Maintenance (TBM) to select a date display format for your branch, or User Maintenance (UIM) to select a date display format for an individual user.

  • (Optional) System Options Maintenance (XM) (Labor Options) to select Enter percentage complete?, Non reported indirect labor code, Jump to shift start/stop?, Clock in/out active?, Include checksum on employee ID? for your enterprise.

  • Labor Collection Shift Codes Maintenance (LLZ) to set up shift parameters.

  • Employee Shift Codes Maintenance (TLS) to set up shift codes and descriptions.
