Move Tool Inventory to an Inventory Location
Use the Tool Crib Movement (MTC) program to move tool inventory to an inventory location or a work center and machine. See Overview: Tool Tracking and Road Map for work flow.

Enter the number of the tool number that you want to move or click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the item from a list.
The program displays these fields for the selected tool:

The amount of the Life expectancy consumed to-date in hours and minutes |

The expected number of hours that this tool can be used for its assigned use |

Select the control number that you want to move and click Select.

Click Move.
The program prompts Where do you want to move it to? -
Click Location.

Enter the warehouse and bin location, or just the bin location. If you have warehouse mapping active for this branch, tools can only stocked in active locations.

Display tools from a specific record |
Click Restart. The program prompts for specific data based on your sort options. Enter the data for the first record you want to display or leave blank to begin the display with the first record in the file. |

Display the previous set of records in the file |
Click Page up. |

Display the next set of records in the file |
Click Page down. |

Exit the tool listing |
Click Exit. |

Enter a tool number or exit the program.
