Display Prices
Use the Price Lookup (PLU) program to display a price for a specific customer and item. You can use this program to provide quotes and answer customer inquiries concerning price. The display also reports the pricing method that the pricing routine used to calculate the price. See Road Map for work flow.
Enter the customer number or click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the customer from a list.
Enter the customer's ship-to number or click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the ship-to from a list or leave blank if pricing is not specific to the customer's ship-to address.

Enter the number of the item, click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the item from a list, or leave blank and enter the customer's item number in the next field. If you selected the Populate cust item from item xref? option in the System Options Maintenance (XM) program (Order Processing Options) and you cross-referenced this number to this customer's number in the Customer Item Maintenance (CIX) program, the customer's item number will display in the Cust item no field when you enter your item number. Click OK to display additional information about the item, including Weight per UOM (maintained in Branch Item Maintenance), Alt description and Xref (maintained in Enterprise Item Maintenance), the item type, and inventory balances, skipping the entry of the other fields. Enter the customer's item number or click the Lookup icon and use the standard lookup options to select the item from a list. Customer item numbers are case-sensitive. If you enter BOX and the customer's number is Box or box, the program displays the message Enter a valid customer item number when you click OK. |
