Add a Document Message
Use the Document Message Maintenance (TRST) program to add or change, copy, and delete text and signatures that print on documents and in email messages. You can also set up Q-Info, a type of message that displays a window of supplemental information. See Background and Road Map for more information.
Existing message codes are listed.
Click Add to enter a new message code. To change a message code, highlight the line and click Select or double click the line.

Enter a description for the message code. This description becomes the title that the Packing Slip Print (OPAK) program prints at the top of the certificate of compliance document. For example, you may call it a Certificate of Conformance or Statement of Compliance. You may want all uppercase: CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE. |

A ruler bar displays above the text lines to assist in aligning message text. Enter up to 20 lines of text for the message. In addition to text, messages can include additional attributes stored in the PowerShift database, including user fields and notes. See Background. |
