YTD transaction history?

Optional

Select if you want to write current transactions to the history file when you run the GL Period-End Closing (GME) program or leave blank if you do not.

If you select this option, you can display and print year-to-date history with these programs: GL Trial Balance (GTB), GL Transaction Inquiry (GTI), GL Activity Inquiry (GTL), GL Transaction Listing (GYL), and Financial Reports Print (GP).

If you leave blank, the GLYTD file remains empty.

13th period adjustment only?

Optional

Select if you want to use the 13th period for adjustments only or leave blank if you either want the 13th period to be a standard period or to not use a 13th period.

You must select the ending date for the 13th period in the Accounting Period Maintenance (GDM) program.

If you have set 13 accounting periods and you select this option, journals posting will be to the next standard (non-adjustment) period. General Journal Entry (GIP), Closed Period Adjustments (GIC) and GL Auto Import (GII) are the only programs that can post to the adjustments period.
