Change a Program Password

Use the Program Password Maintenance (XPM) program to create, change, copy, and delete a security password for a program or credit card account numbers. See Road Map for work flow.

Select the program whose password you want to change and click Select.

If you want to change the password for the CZCQM program, click Add and enter the program name. Skip to step 3.

Click Modify.
Enter the correct data. See Create a Program Password for field descriptions.
Choose the appropriate options:

To	Do This
Change a field	Click Modify.
Delete this program password	Click Delete. See Delete.
Exit without changing this program password	Click Cancel.
Enter or change notes for this program password	Click Notes. See Enter Notes or Change Notes.
Accept the data and exit	Click OK.

Choose the appropriate options when you click OK or Cancel:

To	Do This
Add another program password	Click Add.
Delete the selected program password	Click Delete. See Delete.
Copy the selected program password	Click Copy. See Copy.
Display the selected password	Click Select.
Display program passwords from a specific program	Click Restart. The program prompts Program. Enter the first program you want to display or leave blank to begin with the first program in the file.
Print the program password listing	Click Print. See Print.
Display the previous set of records in the file	Click Page up.
Display the next set of records in the file	Click Page down.
Exit the program	Click Exit.
