Change a Manufacturer Approval Status Code

Use the Manufacturer Approval Status Codes Maintenance (TMA) program to add, change, copy, and delete codes that are used by the Compliant Items by Manufacturer (VGMI) program. See Background and Road Map for more information.

Select the code that you want to change and click Select.
Enter the correct data. See Add a Manufacturer Approval Status Code for field definitions.

Note
To clear the definition of a code, clear the Description field. When you click OK, the program clears all fields.

Choose the appropriate options:

To	Do This
Accept the data and exit	Click OK.
Exit without defining this status code	Click Cancel.
Apply the changes	Click Apply.
Delete the status code record	Click Delete.

Choose the appropriate options when you click OK or Cancel:

To	Do This
Add a status code	Click Add. See Add a Manufacturer Approval Status Code.
Delete the selected status code	Click Delete. See Delete.
Copy the selected status code	Click Copy. See Copy.
Display the selected status code	Click Select.
Display status codes from a specific code	Click Restart. The program prompts Mfr approval status. Enter the first code you want to display or leave blank to begin with the first code in the file.
Print the code listing	Click Print. See Print.
Display the previous set of records in the file	Click Page up.
Display the next set of records in the file	Click Page down.
Exit the program	Click Exit.
