Change a Shelf Life Code
Use the Shelf Life Codes Maintenance (TSLM) program to add or change codes that define the number of days a lot or serial numbered item received into inventory is good (i.e., the duration between the time it is received until the lot/serial number expires).
The program displays shelf life codes and their attributes. See Add a Shelf Life Code for field descriptions.

Click Add. |

Delete a selected code |
Click Delete. See Delete. |

Copy a selected code |
Click Copy. See Copy. |

Print the list of codes |
Click Print. See Print. |

Exit the program |
Click Exit. |
- To change a shelf life code, select a line and click OK or double-click the line.
- Choose the appropriate options:

Exit without changing the data since it was last written |
Click Cancel. |

Change a field |
Move the cursor to the field you want to change and enter the correct data. See Add a Shelf Life Code for field descriptions. |

Write changes |
Click Apply. |

Delete the displayed record |
Click Delete. |
|
Return to the list of shelf life codes |
Click Exit. |
|
Exit to the menu from which the program was run |
Click Quit. |
Note
You cannot delete a record unless it has been saved; use Cancel.
