Road Map: Vendor Contact Maintenance

Use the Vendor Contact Maintenance (VLM) program to enter, change, copy, and delete contacts for a vendor.

  • Country Codes Maintenance (TCC) to define country codes and labels for state and postal codes fields.

  • State Descriptions Maintenance (TSM) to set up state codes.

  • Postal Codes Maintenance (TZM) to set up postal codes.

  • Label Codes Maintenance (TLL) to set up label codes.

  • UUser Fields Maintenance (XMO) to set up custom fields your company uses.

  • Output Device Maintenance (XDM) to set up the output devices that you plan to use.

  • Date-Output Device Maintenance (ZE) to select your default output device and set whether you can override that device.
