The email address to which the customer should reply if they have a question or problem

The name of the sender, which may be the name of a person or of the department

Email text

The text to appear in the body of the email message

Fax number

The recipient's fax number; if blank and you the Recipient type field has a recipient, the system retrieves the number for you

Sender fax number

Your fax number

First page image file

The name of the cover page image file; if blank no image is sent

Attention name

The person's name to appear on the cover page and the attention line on the fax

Fax cover page placement

The column and row where these fields print on the cover page.

Click Restart. The program prompts Document, Branch, and Copy. Enter the first document you want to display or leave blank to begin with the first document in the file.

Print the document listing

Click Print. See Print.

Display the previous set of records in the file

Click Page up.

Display the next set of records in the file

Click Page down.

Exit the program

Click Exit.

Exit and return to the menu

Click Quit.
