Display Obligated Quantities

When you click Branch and then Obligated or Sub item and then Obligated in the Inventory Status Inquiry (ISQ) program or Obligations in the Location Return Selection (ILMR) program, these fields display for orders with obligated quantities:

Field Name	Displays
Br	The branch that obligated this item
Control no	If the item is lot or serial number controlled, the lot or serial numbers obligated
Wh	If the item is warehouse and bin location controlled, the warehouse in which the obligated item is stocked
Bin loc	If the item is warehouse and bin location controlled, the bin in which the obligated item is stocked
Type	The type of order for the obligated item: MFG: Manufacturing order S/O: Sales order TRN: Transfer
Order no	The number of the order
Ln	The line number on the order
Qty obligated	The quantity assigned to the order for this item

Choose the appropriate options.

To	Do This
Print the listing	Click Print. See Print an Inquiry.
Display totals only	Click Totals. Click Totals again to redisplay details.
Display totals only	Highlight a line and click Order or double click the line. The display depends on the type of order: For type MFG, see Display Components on a Manufacturing Order For type S/O, see Display a Summarized Sales Order For type TRN, see Display a Branch Transfer. Click OK to return to this program.
Return to the previous screen	Click OK. See Display Branch Quantities, Display Quantities of Substitute Items and Family Components, or Return a Bulk Item to its Original Stocking Location.
Specify a different item	Click Quit.
