Grace period

Conditional
2 numeric

The number of minutes that an employee can clock in late or clock out early when the Jump to shift start/stop? option is selected in System Options Maintenance - Labor Options.

For example, assuming a shift start time of 7:00 and a grace period of 5 minutes, a 7:05 clock-in will be rolled back to 7:00. Similarly, if the shift ends at 17:00 and the user clocks out at 16:55, the clock out time will be "jumped" to 17:00.

If early/late minutes exceed the grace period, the actual clock time is used.

Overtime after

Optional

Select:

  • E 8 hours a day if any time over 8 hours worked per day is considered overtime
    OR

  • T 10 hours a day if any time over 8 hours worked per day is considered overtime

  • F 40 hours a week if any time over 40 hours worked in a week is considered overtime
