Add a PDF Viewer
To set up a PDF Viewer that auto launches the display of a PDF document, select S Spool for the device type in Output Device Maintenance (XDM).
Note
A PDF-type spool must be a queuing device if you supply a URL path for
the auto launch of the (Adobe) PDF viewer.
You can use Job Schedule Maintenance (JOBS) to create a job stream to maintain
the spooler for the PDF view device. See Create
a Job Stream to Maintain the Spooler for the PDF Viewer Device.
