Use the Department Codes Maintenance (TDP) program to add, change, copy, and delete codes that you can use as criteria for posting transactions to the general ledger. See Background for more information.

Date-Output Device Maintenance (ZE) to select your default output device and set whether you can override that device.

Posting Criteria Maintenance (XPC) to set posting criteria and accounts for posting to the general ledger. A/R, CASH DISC, COGS-LABR, COGS-MATL, COGS-OS, COGS-OVHD, COMM ACCRU, COMM EXP, FREIGHT, IN TRANSIT, INVENTORY, LABOR ADJ, LABOR BURD, LABOR-HOL, LABOR-INDR, LABOR-PREM, LABOR-REWK, LABOR-SICK, LABOR-VAC, LABR BURAJ, LBR EFFVAR, LBR RT VAR, LBR SCRAP, LBR_ACCDBL, LBR-ACCHOL, LBR-ACCOVT, LBR-ACCPAY, LBR-ACCSIC, LBR-ACCVAC, LBR-BRDAPP, LBR-CONPAY, MISC REV, MRB, PUR VAR, REVENUE, RMA RETURN, SALES TAX1 - 10, SURCHARGES, and TRADE DISC can use this code.
Customer Maintenance (CM) to set up customer records.
Sales Order Maintenance (OE) to enter a sales order.
One-Step Invoice Entry (RE) to enter an order, obligate items, create a shipment, and confirm the shipment in one step.
EDI/Sales Quote Maintenance (QOE) to enter a sales quotation.
Sales Shipment Confirmation (OC) or Secured Confirmation (SOC) to create and confirm a shipment.
Work Center Maintenance (WCM) to set up work centers and assign tools.
Routing Maintenance (RTM) to set up operation sequences for an item, select codes that represent hourly rates for setup and direct labor, and assign tools to operations.
Employee Maintenance (LSA) to set up employees.
