Change a Branch Group

Use the Branch Groups Maintenance (TGM) program to add, change, copy, and delete branch groups. See Background and Road Map for more information.

  1. Select the branch group that you want to change and click Select.

  2. Enter the correct data. See Add a Branch Group for field descriptions.

  3. Choose the appropriate options:

Accept the data and exit

Click OK.

Exit without changing this group

Click Cancel.

Update the program record

Click Apply.

Delete this group

Click Delete. See Delete.

Note
This button does not display for the *E group, which the system created for you. The Executive Information Summary (EIS) program uses the *E group, which has all branches in your enterprise. You cannot delete branches from this group.

Display additional fields

Click Other info.

  1. Choose the appropriate options when you click OK or Cancel:

Add another branch group

Click Add.

Delete the selected branch group

Click Delete. See Delete.

Copy the selected branch group

Click Copy. See Copy.

Display the selected branch group

Click Select.

Display branch groups from a specific group

Click Restart. The program prompts Branch group. Enter the first branch group you want to display or leave blank to begin with the first group in the file.

Print the branch group listing

Click Print. See Print.

Display the previous set of records in the file

Click Page up.

Display the next set of records in the file

Click Page down.

Exit the program

Click Exit.
