Change a Rejection Code

Use the Rejection Codes Maintenance (TMRB) program to add, change, copy, and delete codes that you can assign during inspection to explain the reason for rejecting an item. See Road Map for work flow.

  1. Select the code that you want to change and click Select.

  2. Enter the correct description.

  3. Choose the appropriate options:

Accept the data and exit

Click OK.

Exit without changing this code

Click Cancel.

Update the program record

Click Apply.

Delete this code

Click Delete. See Delete.

Add another rejection code

Click Add.

Delete the selected rejection code

Click Delete. See Delete.

Copy the selected rejection code

Click Copy. See Copy.

Display the selected rejection code

Click Select.

Display rejection codes from a specific code

Click Restart. The program prompts Reject code. Enter the first code you want to display or leave blank to begin the display with the first code in the file.

Print the ejection code listing

Click Print. See Print.

Display the previous set of records in the file

Click Page up.

Display the next set of records in the file

Click Page down.

Exit the program

Click Exit.
