Change the Quantity Picked
When you click Lines in the Picking Confirmation (MPK) or Secured Picking (SMPK) program, you can change the quantity of a component to be picked.
The program displays these fields:

Select the component whose quantity you need to change and click Select:

Click Modify to change quantity in picking.

Enter the quantity actually picked in the Qty in picking field.

Click Obligated. See Obligate Items. This button does not display after you click Confirm. |

Click OK. |

Click Sel to the left of the control number or location to release the quantity obligated. Then click Sel again to obligate the new quantity.
OR
Click a location (not Sel) to highlight it, click Modify, and enter the quantity you want from the selected location. See Obligate Items.

Click Exit.

Click Confirm to accept quantity picked. The status changes from In picking to Picked.

Click Cancel. The program prompts Exit without updating? Click Yes to exit without updating the record or click No to retain the changes that you made. Secured Picking (SMPK) does not display this button. |
