Display AP-Purchasing Detail by Payment

Use the AP-Purchasing Inquiry (NDQ) program to display payment information for a receiver and purchase order line. You can also display by PO number, receiver number, or vendor invoice number. See Road Map for work flow.

If you accessed this program from another program, look ahead to step 3.

  1. Click Payment.

  1. Review your options. To change them:

    1. Click the Runtime tab to set runtime option. See Set Options for Reports and Inquiries for more information.

    2. Click the Selection tab to select specific records.

    3. Click the Program tab to select this program specific option:

Select to display payments that have been moved to history with the AP Transaction Archive (NEX) program or leave blank to omit them.

    1. Click Save to save these options for future use.

    2. Click OK to apply these options or click Cancel to exit without applying them.

  1. The program displays these fields:

The check number or  [Payment type]/[Number] if paid by an alternate method (e.g., credit card, EFT, ACH)

V: Voided or R: Reversed

Pmt date

The date the payment was issued

Vendor no

The vendor number for this invoice
[***] displays for a vendor not on file.

Vendor name

The name of the vendor for this payment

Invoice no

The invoice number associated with this payment

Cash org

The cash organization selected for this payment batch in the Payment Method Batch Maintenance (TAPMB) program

Cash acct

The cash account selected for this payment batch in the Payment Method Batch Maintenance (TAPMB) program

Receiver no

The receiver number associated with this payment

Ln

The receiver line number

PO number

The PO number associated with this payment

Ln

The PO line number

User

The user who created the payment batch

Date/Time

The date and time the payment batch was created

  1. Choose the appropriate options:

Click Prog opts. See step 2.

Display the invoice accounts, amounts, and surcharges for the selected payment

Click Invoice. See Display Invoice Distributions or Display a Payment for a Vendor Not On File. Click OK to return to this program.

Display the purchase order for the selected payment

Click Pur order. See Display a Summarized Purchase Order. Click OK to return to this program.

Display the receiver for the selected payment

Click Receiver. See Display a Receiver. Click OK to return to this program.

Display amount of the selected payment

Click Payment. See Display AP Payments. Click OK to return to this program.

Display information for the vendor that received the selected payment

Click Vendor. See Display Vendor Invoice Information. Click OK to return to this program.

Print the list of payments

Click Print. See Print an Inquiry.

Return to the previous screen

Click OK.

Exit the program

Click Exit.
